New Year’s Eve Forest Bathing Walk

As one of FONA’s most popular forest bathing walks of the year, the New Year’s Eve walk offers a chance for participants to slow down and reflect on the past year before stepping into the new one. Forest bathing, or shinrin yoku, is the simple practice of taking in the woods through the senses for health benefits. This year, three walks are being offered at 9 am, noon, and 2:30 pm.
