- Friends of the National Arboretum is the Arboretum’s primary nonprofit partner. It aims to:
- Raise awareness off the National Arboretum as a major center for horticultural research that benefits the nursery and landscape industry, the environment, and human health.
- Ensure that the Arboretum’s 451 acres of gardens and collections are accessible to the public, particularly the local community.
